What's the procedure we follow on audits
Scope definition: We will define the scope of the product-led/Tech-Stack/MarTech Stack audit, including the product, target market, customer journey, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to be evaluated.
Data Gathering: We will collect data through a few workshops. on the company’s growth strategy and growth priorities to evaluate what tools need to be implemented/integrated to support those priorities, including product usage data, customer feedback, sales and marketing data, and customer success metrics. You can also gather data on the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Product Evaluation: We will evaluate the company’s product, including its features, functionality, user experience, and pricing. Look for opportunities to improve the product to better meet the needs of the target market.
Evaluation of the existing Stack(s): We will evaluate the existing tools that Mighty Networks uses today if it’s been used to the full extent, and if it’s justified to exist in the first place
Data analysis: We will analyze the data gathered in step 2 to identify any gaps, weaknesses, or opportunities in the company’s product-led growth strategy. We will look for opportunities to optimize the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
Review of sales and marketing operations: We will review the company’s sales and marketing operations to evaluate how effectively the product-led growth strategy is being executed and how tech-stack is delivering the information they need to optimize their processes. Look for opportunities to improve lead generation, sales conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Review of customer success operations: We will review the company’s customer success operations to evaluate how effectively the product-led growth strategy is being supported. Look for opportunities to improve customer retention rates, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value by just using technology the best way possible
Identification of opportunities for improvement: Based on the findings of the product-led/tech-stack audit, identify opportunities for improvement in the company’s product-led growth strategy, including the product, sales, marketing, and customer success operations. Prioritize these opportunities based on their potential impact and feasibility.
Development of a roadmap: We will develop a roadmap for implementing the recommendations identified in step 7. This includes a timeline, budget, and action plan for implementing changes to the product-led growth strategy that will be delivered to your product dev team.
Presentation findings and recommendations: We will present the findings and recommendations of the product-led/Tech-stack/MarStack audit to key stakeholders in the company.
Audits Service Deliverables
Different Audits have different deliverables but in general these are the deliverables for most of them:
- User research report: This report will summarize the findings from user research, including user personas, user needs, and pain points, and key insights about how users interact with the product.
- User journey map: A visual representation of the user’s journey from awareness to purchase and beyond, including all touchpoints with the product. This will identify areas of friction or opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Onboarding and activation report: This report will evaluate the onboarding process for new users and identify areas where they may be dropping off or experiencing difficulties. The report will include suggestions for improving the activation rate of new users.
- Metrics and analytics report: This report will review the product’s metrics and analytics to identify patterns or trends in user behavior, as well as any areas where the product may be falling short of expectations. The report will include suggestions for how to improve these metrics and increase user engagement.
- Pricing and packaging report: This report will evaluate the product’s pricing and price tiering to ensure that it aligns with the user’s needs and expectations. The report will include suggestions for how to adjust the pricing or upgrade paths to improve conversion rates and retention. The same applies for churn and if can be captured properly.
