Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in financial administration? Join our team as a Finance and Administrative Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes through Xero for the UK and US, as well as internal systems for Greece.
- Ad-Hoc Invoicing: Handle occasional invoicing requests as needed.
- Payment and Bank Reconciliation: Perform weekly reconciliation of payments and bank transactions.
- Expenses Reconciliation: Ensure all expenses are accurately tracked and reconciled.
- Dunning and Reminders: Send timely reminders and manage account receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Client Communication: Prepare and send client statements of accounts and other relevant reports.
- Consolidated Reporting: Compile and consolidate financial reports on a monthly group level.
- Expense Submission: Collect and submit expense records digitally to accountants across various countries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing
- Strong understanding of payment and bank reconciliation processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently across multiple regions and time zones.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Familiarity with digital tools for expense management and reporting.
