As a growth marketing and product-led agency, we offer a deep technological audit to our clients to help them identify areas for improvement and optimize their product-led (tech) stack

What's the procedure we follow on a Product-led Growth

  1. Plan the workshops: We will define the objectives, participants, agenda, and materials needed for each workshop. Decide on the format of the workshops, whether they will be in-person or virtual, and the length of each session.

  2. Define the problem statement: Clearly define the problem statement or challenge that the workshops will address. This could be related to the product, customer journey, sales and marketing, or customer success.

  3. Conduct discovery interviews: Conduct discovery interviews with key stakeholders, such as customers, sales reps, customer success managers, and product managers, to gather insights and data that will inform the workshops.

  4. Run the workshops: Facilitate the workshops, which could include brainstorming sessions, design thinking exercises, customer journey mapping, or other collaborative activities. Encourage participation and input from all participants and use the materials and data gathered in the discovery interviews to guide the discussions.

  5. Synthesize the results: Analyze the output of the workshops to identify trends, themes, and insights that can be used to inform the product-led audit. Use this information to develop recommendations for improving the product-led growth strategy.

  6. Combine the findings with our own tools’ analysis: Present the findings of the product-led audit, including the insights and recommendations from the workshops, to key stakeholders in the company. This will include an overview of the current state of the product-led growth strategy, opportunities for improvement, and the roadmap for implementing changes.

By getting access to the tools, we will analyze specific aspects and we will come up with a set of information including but not limited to:

  1. User journey map: A visual representation of the user’s journey from awareness to purchase and beyond, including all touchpoints with the product. This will identify areas of friction or opportunities to improve the user experience.

  2. Onboarding and activation report: This report will evaluate the onboarding process for new users and identify areas where they may be dropping off or experiencing difficulties. The report will include suggestions for improving the activation rate of new users.

  3. Product functionality and usability report: This report will assess the product’s functionality and ease of use. It will identify any bugs, inconsistencies, or confusing features, and provide recommendations for improvements.

  4. Metrics and analytics report: This report will review the product’s metrics and analytics to identify patterns or trends in user behavior, as well as any areas where the product may be falling short of expectations. The report will include suggestions for how to improve these metrics and increase user engagement.

  5. Pricing and packaging report: This report will evaluate the product’s pricing and packaging to ensure that it aligns with the user’s needs and expectations. The report will include suggestions for how to adjust the pricing or packaging to improve conversion rates and retention.

  6. Competitive analysis report: This report will conduct a competitive analysis to identify the product’s strengths and weaknesses relative to other products in the market. The report will include suggestions for how to differentiate the product and better meet the needs of users.

Last but not least: Data Governance auditing

A data governance audit is a process of evaluating your data governance system to ensure that it meets regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices. A data governance audit will help you to identify gaps and weaknesses in your data governance processes and improve the overall quality and reliability of your data. Here are some of the activities we will perform while auditing a data governance system:

  1. Scope: Define the scope of the data governance audit, including the data governance policies, processes, and controls to be evaluated. This may include data classification, data security, data privacy, data retention, and data quality.

  2. Data inventory: Conduct a data inventory to identify all the data sources and types of data within your data ecosystem. This may include structured data in databases, unstructured data in files, and data in cloud-based services

  3. Data profiling: Perform data profiling to analyze the quality and consistency of the data within your data ecosystem. This will help identify any data quality issues and potential data governance risks.

  4. Compliance evaluation: Evaluate your compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to data governance. This may include GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other regulatory requirements.

  5. Gap analysis: Conduct a gap analysis to identify any gaps or weaknesses in your data governance system. This will help prioritize areas for improvement and develop a roadmap for implementing changes.
