Sales engagement platforms (SEPs) are the next evolutionary step of CRM software tools combined with elements of sales acceleration and sales enablement technology.
CRM stands for “Customer Relationship Management” and together with ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) were the first marketing-related applications.
