A dedicated expert who will work very closely with the growth squad and all stakeholders (e.g., performance marketing team) to ensure that sprints deliver statistically significant results, enabling thorough analysis and actionable conclusions.

Phase 1
Setting up
Duration: 1 month
Deliverables:
- Jumpstart Workshop: the session lasts for 3-4 hours and its intended to align expectations and level of collaboration across the board. Ideally, all employees will be joining and participating.
- Deciding on the growth squad: A 2h detailed discussion in selecting the members of the team that will monitor and be accountable of the growth operations
- Growth Model Session: 2h-individual meetings with key-stakeholders (Sales, CS, Product, Revenue Directors) to better understand how the company grows from their perspective and the key levers that influence growth.
- Strategy Definition: Decide with the C-level what will be the primary and secondary focus of the growth team for the next cycle. Set up objectives, key results and goals for each.
- Ideation Room: 3-4 ih-brainstorm sessions with the entire company on how to address each of the objectives. Populating the backlog of ideas will follow those sessions
Phase 2
Rolling out
Duration: 4 months
Deliverables:
- Workspace Setup and Training: mapping out the strategy for the growth management platform, inviting participants, connecting integration and report.
- Resources Analysis: what, who, when, where, how we will run our experiments. The level of cross-department involvement and responsibilities.
- Growth Meeting & Sprint: run 12 growth meetings on a weekly basis with the team, tracking both objectives’ progress as well as prioritizing which experiments will go to the next sprint
- Reporting: creating reports for the upper-level management and structuring a way in which they can keep tab on growth progress at any time
Phase 3
Handing-off
Duration: 2 months
Deliverables:
- Recruiting: to write up the job description, interview potential candidates, vetting process and suggest hires for the upper-level management,
- Training: onboarding the new members to the team, training them on the growth operations, shadowing, and other activities
- Playbook creation: To document how every process of the growth team works, every tool the team uses, every KPI we tackled and to create a blueprint of the growth operation.
