Our privacy policy reflect current global principles and standards on handling personal information – notice and choice of data use, data access and integrity, security, onward transfer and enforcement/oversight. This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our Website or Webapp and not to information collected offline. By using our Webapp or the Website or by accessing any piece of communication material created by the Software you consent to this privacy policy. GrowthRocks may change this privacy policy and you are urged to review them on a regular basis. If you continue to use our Website after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law.

We collect the following kind information:

  1. When you register on our Website or fill a form you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, physical and email address and any other information you provide us.
  2. The information we collect may be “personally identifiable” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “non-personally identifiable” (meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify you). For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences or other GrowthRocks settings so you don’t have to set them up every time you visit our web application.
    2. Information on the leads participating on your campaigns including information such as: a) name, b) email, c) Social Profile
    3. Device Information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using GrowthRocks app on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings.
    4. Social Profile. In addition to the core data, we also collect information about the social profile of the user, such as FacebookID or TwitterID.  We utilize that data to uniquely identify leads and avoid duplications in our Database. Users have the absolute right to delete all their leads throughout our Web App.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs).
  2. To provide our Services to you and improve them, develop new products, and protect our web application and our users. We continually strive to improve our Services based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

If you have a GrowthRocks account, many of the choices you have about your information are built directly into the product or your account settings. For example, you can:

  • Access and change information in your profile page at any time, and choose whether your profile page is available to search engines;
  • Link or unlink your GrowthRocks account from an account on another service (e.g., Facebook or Twitter). For some services (like Facebook), you can also choose whether or not to publish your activity on GrowthRocks to that service.
  • Close your account at any time. When you close your account, we’ll deactivate it and remove your content from our Web Application. We may retain archived copies of your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (including to help address fraud and spam).
  • You may have choices available to you through the device or software you use to access our Web application.
